Our minimum order quantity is 10 series. One series means one piece of every size in a style — for a style running 48-50-52-54-56-58, one series is 6 pieces, so 10 series comes to 60 pieces. We do not produce single sizes; every order covers the full size run.

Lead time depends on the order size and starts after sample approval: 10-30 series in 4-6 weeks, 30-60 series in 6-8 weeks, 60-100 series in 8-10 weeks. For orders above 100 series we set the date together, based on the production schedule and the style itself. Fabric sourcing and seasonal workload can affect the timeline, so we confirm the exact date during our meeting.

Yes. Goods are packed in cartons, and those cartons can travel by road, sea or air — most of our shipments so far have gone by road. We prepare all customs paperwork, including invoices and waybills. Shipping can be arranged through carriers such as DHL or FedEx, and if you already work with a forwarder of your own, we can ship through them instead. Samples are dispatched within 1-2 weeks once the sample details are agreed.

Of course. Our office, warehouse and showroom are all at one address in Istanbul: Mehmet Nesih Özmen Mah. Pelit Sok. No: 26/10, İssa İş Merkezi, 34173 Güngören / İstanbul. Our production facility is outside the city, so we host meetings at the showroom, where you can see the collection and the fabrics first hand. Please get in touch and book an appointment before you come, so the right team is there for you.

50% on sample approval to start production, and the remaining 50% on delivery confirmation. Payment is made by bank transfer, and we accept USD, EUR and GBP. Every order is invoiced and processed in full compliance with applicable tax and export regulations.

Yes. You are not limited to our catalogue: send us your own measurements and specifications, or send a reference garment and we will draft the pattern from it and produce to match. Fabric works two ways — we can source from your own supplier, or you can choose from the fabrics our suppliers offer. The same applies to buttons and other trims.
